Registration fees

 The conference registration will open on  March, 2024

 Payment of the registration includes VAT, admission to all the sessions, electronic proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches and gala diner.

Accommodation has to be managed directly by the delegates (a suggested list of hotels will be provided).

A 100 € administrative fee will be levied against all cancelled registrations. No refund will be paid back for registrations cancelled after  September, 01, 2024.

For French institutions wishing to pay by bank transfer with an invoice deposited in Chorus, please send the order form on the day of your registration.
